Annual Financial Statements

The financial position of the foundation will be published annually upon finalization of the Financial Statements as of December 31, of each year.

The Financial Statements are audited by Ernst & Young AG, Munich.

Tax Regulations

The foundation is organized under the laws of the Republic of Germany and under German Tax Law. The donations to the foundation are tax deductible in Germany as they qualify as a donation for a charitable purpose (Spende für mildtätige Zwecke) and has been registered with the fiscal authorities in Munich (Finanzamt München für Körperschaften 143/848/12130). A receipt will be sent to each donor for all donations that exceed Euro 5.
